Common questions
Where is my progress saved?
Your garden is saved automatically on the device where you play. The current game does not have a Bloomcraft account or cross-device sync. Apple-managed device backups may include app data, depending on your settings.
My progress seems to be missing. What should I do?
Close and reopen the game once. If the problem continues, contact support before deleting the app or replacing any files. Removing the app may remove its saved progress. Tell us whether the problem began after an update.
How do I arrange a bouquet?
Choose Arrange, accept a customer order, and grow the flowers it requests. In the workshop, drag flowers from the tray into empty positions, or choose a flower and tap a position. Drag placed blooms to adjust their positions. Preview the completed bouquet before delivering it.
How do I place or move decorations?
Choose Decorate to buy or move items. New purchases and earned customer/project gifts open placement. Tap open grass to place the selected item. You can move owned decorations later and undo placement changes in the editor.
How do I take a garden picture?
Open More, then Garden photo mode. Hide the controls and take a screenshot using your device buttons. Tap the garden to show the controls again. The game does not upload photos or request photo-library access.
Can I play without internet?
Yes. The current game plays offline. Opening support email or this website uses your device’s email app or browser and may require an internet connection.
Is the game available on the App Store?
Not yet. Bloomcraft Flower Farm is in development and testing. There is no public App Store download link or confirmed launch date at this time.
