Playing the game
The current game runs offline. It has no player accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, chat, or in-app purchases. The game does not send your garden, bouquets, progress, or device identifiers to Bloomcraft Market LLC. It does not request access to your contacts, location, microphone, camera, or photo library.
Saved progress
Your garden, bouquets, settings, and progress are stored on your device. The game keeps a local backup for recovery. Device backups managed by Apple may also contain app data, depending on your device settings. There is no Bloomcraft account or cross-device sync. Removing the app may remove its saved progress.
Garden photo mode
Photo mode hides the interface so you can take a screenshot using your device controls. The game does not upload pictures or access your photo library.
Contacting support
Contacting us by email is optional. If you do, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate problems. Our email providers process these messages to deliver and store them. We do not sell support messages or use them for advertising. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request, related follow-up, and applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to delete correspondence by emailing the address above, subject to those obligations. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary personal information.
Children and families
